Buratabi Cancellation Policy

  • 1.Users may cancel or modify their reservation for the Service (“Buratabi,” hereinafter “the Service”) until 9:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled delivery date (“Cancellation/Modification Deadline”). Modifications include all changes related to pickup and delivery details such as location or number of items.
  • 2.Cancellation or modification requests must be made through the Company’s app, booking website, or other designated methods. The effective time of the request is hen the Company receives the relevant information.
  • 3.If cancellation or modification affects the total service fee, additional processing fees may apply according to the payment processor’s terms.
  • 4.Any cancellation or modification request made after the Cancellation/Modification Deadline will not be accepted, and the User will be charged the full service fee. 。
  • 5.If the User fails to deposit the luggage at the designated location by 10:00 a.m. on the delivery date and the Company cannot confirm receipt, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the User will be charged the full service fee. 。
  • 6.If the Service cannot be provided due to unforeseen accidents, disasters, or reasons attributable to the Company, the User will be charged the full service fee.
  • 7.Refunds will be processed according to the User’s payment method and may take time to complete.
