These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of “Buratabi” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by Fumoto Giken Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By using the Service, users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, including the Cancellation Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service is an intermediary platform that facilitates reservations for luggage delivery services and provides related systems and applications. 。
Users may book pickup and delivery of luggage through the Service. Reservations must be completed by 9:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled delivery date via the Company’s application, booking website, or another method designated by the Company.
The Company does not provide transportation services and does not act as a carrier or freight forwarder. All transportation services are provided solely by third-party delivery service providers.
The Service is available only within Japan, and all pickup and delivery locations must be located within Japan.
Article 3 (Reservation)
A reservation becomes effective when a User submits a booking request as described above and receives a confirmation notice from the Company.
Details regarding changes and cancellations shall be governed by the separately established Cancellation Policy.
Article 4 (Service Fees)
The service fees shall be specified separately by the Company.
Payment methods, cancellation fees, and refund details shall follow procedures separately prescribed by the Company.
Article 5 (Conditions of Use)
Users must accurately enter all required information such as the contents, quantity, pickup location, and delivery destination of their luggage.
Minors must obtain consent from their legal guardian before using the Service.
The Company may suspend or terminate a User’s account without prior notice if the User violates these Terms.
The Company may terminate or delete the account of any User who has not used the Service for three years or more, without prior notice.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Providing false information
Sending inappropriate items such as cash, valuables, hazardous materials, perishables, animals or plants, stolen goods, or any items prohibited by law
Acts that cause inconvenience or damage to other users, the Company, or delivery personnel
Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
Any other act that the Company reasonably deems inappropriate based on social norms
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, traffic conditions, or system failures.
The Company’s role is limited to arranging delivery services as an intermediary. The Company shall not be responsible for resolving disputes arising between Users or between Users and delivery providers
The Company is not a party to any transportation contract between Users and delivery service providers.
The Company may modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information obtained from Users shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners.
Article 10 (Amendment of the Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on the Service.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance shall be the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
